I was super stressed going into the deal, had put in 40+ hours of research into the car I wanted and the financial part of it but still had no peace of mind. Walked in asked for Kreg since I was referred to him and he was very pleasant to work with. Another great visit for routine maintenance! - CrosstourDriver

Another great visit for routine maintenance! My aging Honda is the most reliable car I've ever had, and I appreciate the service department's contribution to helping that happen. My service rep Kim was especially helpful this time: the video from the service tech was helpful and comprehensive, but I needed to triage all the possibilities, and she helped me prioritize what needed to be part of this visit.

They are doing their best to serve their customers well - tmasters1

They are doing their best to serve their customers well in the midst of a difficult situation with the construction going on. We found a selection of automobiles that fit within our needs and our budget. Even on a very busy Saturday, we felt that we were served patiently and as efficiently as possible as we looked at the cars available and test drove them. Raja was very patient, and detail-oriented. We did feel rushed at the finance office, and would have appreciated advance information about the extended warranty before we had to decide on the spot whether to take it or not.

I do my out the door math before I go to the dealer. - SR

I do my out the door math before I go to the dealer. We took the around the block spin but I wanted to take the vehicle on the highway and I was allowed to do so, (something the nearest Honda dealer to my house wouldn't allow. Cost them a potential sale) My car was very clean, strictly maintained with all receipts and a spread sheet summarizing them. I'd like to think they took time to review the spread sheet, but what I know is they came back (first number is never legit) the second time and were less than 1% different than the number in my head. The negotiations took about 15 minutes, the finance office took about 10 minutes. No attitude, no pressure. Trading vehicles was no more stressful than buying a candy bar at a grocery store. It took me longer to drive to a bank a couple miles away, fetch a cashiers check, and drive back to the store. The whole process was a wonderful surprise. Sales guy Adrian and his manager Sebio (I think) took care of business the way I feel it ought to be done. Great experience.

Great professional service & price. - TVPIERCE

Great professional service & price. The most problematic part of servicing is scheduling the service at a time to wait for it to be done.

Excellent service department. - michaeljr58

Excellent service department. I was taken care of very quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle.

I had a great experience purchasing my car! - slyrod312

I had a great experience purchasing my car! Travell G. was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and I appreciate how he created a video showing me exactly what I was looking for. His positive attitude and genuine care made buying a car an enjoyable experience. And even though I traveled from the city (Chicago) to Schamburg to make this purchase I'd do it again and recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to do so too. I also worked with Mario in finance. I appreciate his professionalism, patience and input in helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my financing options. Thank you to both for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and smooth.

He greeted me warmly, attentively listened to my needs, and provided valuable insights without any pressure to make a quick decision. Throughout the process, Jesus was transparent about pricing, financing options, and any promotions or incentives that could benefit me. This transparency instilled trust and confidence in my decision-making. I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience at Honda City, thanks to the outstanding assistance and dedication of Jesus Jauregui. He truly embodies the qualities of a top-notch Sales Manager. As a returning customer, I’m confident that Honda City will continue to be my go-to dealership for all my automotive needs.
