We had a great experience buying our Honda CRV with Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. First, she set aside the original vehicle we were interested in because we live out of town and couldn’t get to the dealership for a couple of days. When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable. Vanessa has been with Zimmerman for quite some time, and it is obvious that she is a valued employee with her knowledge of her product and her fantastic customer service. We highly recommend Vanessa and Zimmerman Honda for their fair pricing, immaculate facility, and customer care.

I recently had to have my Honda HRV towed to Mueller’s for service originally I thought they wouldn’t be able to do anything or it would cost too much. My car is 9 1/2 years old with 90k miles. I’ve never had any problems with it up until now. I worked with Roberto Soto for an estimate and service. Fortunately, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, and he had me back on the road the next day I highly recommend Mueller‘s and Roberto Soto. When it comes time that I’ll need a new car, this is the first place I will stop. Hondas are the best.

As someone who had no idea what information was helpful to communicate when buying a car, I really appreciated how he asked insightful, intentional questions that helped clarify what actually mattered to us. He took the time to truly understand our priorities and guided us toward the perfect car. One moment that made a big impression on me was Malik’s maturity and emotional intelligence.
