When I purchased my car, they told me the car wash is always free and open. They don’t do car wash after the service anymore. I complained that the mileage has gone down from 39 miles to 33 miles, the associate said it’s due to winter. I wish they had explained that before I purchased the expensive hybrid car.

He addressed all my questions and worked hard during negotiations to make sure I drove home in a new car. Juan, the sales manager, was also fantastic and very fair when it came to negotiating my trade-in price. The whole team made the process seamless and stress-free.
