Jeff was a delight to work with. Jorge was very accommodating in being generous with letting me use a loaner to grab something to eat—I had not had time for breakfast or lunch and was famished by time I arrived for service. He even recommended a great nearby rest. The people who are supposed to wash and vacuum, do a poor job. In my time getting serviced, it is always an issue. Thankfully, Jeff went above and beyond and vacuumed it for me.
