My wife and I picked out a 2022 used RAV4 on the on a Sunday when the dealer was closed a friend of mine recommended Christopher D:Onofrio in sales we made an appointment with him on Monday sept 1 Chris had the car waiting by the door took us for a test drive he explained everything about the vehicle then proceeded to make the sale . There was even a video of the mechanic checking brakes and tires, reporting his findings. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and informed of when car was finished. They also did a car wash, cleaned and vacuumed the interior. All the individuals I dealt with were professional and kind. Enrique led the whole experience and I was extremely satisfied. Great service at a trustworthy experienced dealership!

We needed an OBD port repaired and they were able to order a part for us and then let us know when it was in, so that we didn't need to leave the vehicle there while they were waiting for the part to arrive. Once we dropped the truck off when the part was in, they were able to complete the repair in one business day, so that we didn't need to rent a vehicle for our driver. Would recommend.
