First, upon entering, I was welcomed with smiles. It was so nice. I was helped right away and was assisted in finding the right car for me. I was helped by Wasid. He was amazing! Definitely comes to work caring about the customers and helping them get their car. I fell in love with my car but also had some concerns. He was so quick to reassure and fixed those concerns. It was truly a pleasure to be helped by him. His communication was top tier. I was nervous going in on my own (21 y.o female) but he helped me walk out with so much confidence! Before I left with my car, he wanted to make sure I was happy with how everything drove (for a second time). Truly Wasid was amazing and I am so grateful for his knowledge and his care throughout the process. I was out fast and got my car the next day! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you so much, Wasid!! On another note, my best friend has only gone to this dealership for her cars and they have always provided exceptional service. They easily accommodate for you and definitely want you leaving with a big smile. Her car had unexpected engine lights pop up (that were not to her or their knowledge) but they worked very hard to fix it for her with no additional costs. They even offered her a rental car. I don’t see myself ever going to a different dealership.

But my salesperson, Joseph Simsek was "The Best." He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail to me. He made sure that we were on the same page as the process moved forward. Hands down to what I feel is an honest dealership. I have dealt with many before becoming a Mazda owner and I always felt like they are after money. I have Mazda dealerships very close to my home and I didn't get the courtesy from the moment I walked in there door to purchasing my Mazda. The dealer fixed my two soft ware glitches. Plus through inspection, they found tire rot on right front. Also they did an antifreeze flush, added a new tire, balanced wheel, and did an alignment. They also uncovered a passenger side upper engine mount that was worn. I'm very happy getting my twelve year old Mini Cooper back in great shape. My only small complaint: I just wish they were a little less expensive.
