Sales person told us we could change our own oil and not have to report it and Honda wouldn’t void our warranty if there were issues, said it was illegal for us to transfer our current license plates. Had to ask multiple times on a different vehicle for him to come back at a higher rate for a car with with a higher rate then we agreed on our lease when that was the plan since the test drive.

I needed an oil change on my Honda Passport and this particular location in Old Bridge New Jersey welcomed me without an appointment...they were very efficient with the other vehicles with getting drivers in and out and I'm thinking that's why it's easy for them to take walk-ins because they really mean it when they say walk-ins and I really appreciate the service. I didn't have to wait no longer than 30 minutes and it was on a Saturday so the service was great and my Service Advisor, Sylwester Brulinski that waited on me was great ...he was very helpful he explained the services that was being performed on my vehicle in addition to the oil change that I was getting and he explained as well the receipt after everything was finished and what was recommended that I get taken care of and I was just very pleased with the service ...the environment felt comfortable even though most people weren't there long at all such as myself so I enjoyed that... the vibe and I would recommend this location to anyone that is getting their Honda serviced.
