He picked up on all of this in our first conversation and came back with a fair price. Easily the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find consistent, high-quality service, but they definitely deliver here. after having service done on my wife's Honda passport-which took longer than expected and I was stuck waiting five hours-the service dept went out of their way to rectify the situation. Carlo Realmuto, the service director was outstanding in getting my concerns taken care of. After such personalized service I decided to bring my Honda Ridgeline to north shore Honda for an issue that the dealership where I bought the vehicle had been giving me a run around. I called ahead to Carlo who assured me they could fix my Ridgeline quickly and that I should bring it right in. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the technician had my vehicle fixed and out the door in less than an hour! all at no cost to me- even though my original dealer said I would have to pay a 'diagnostic fee'. I was starting to believe that this type of service no longer existed. a big THANK YOU to north shore Honda and especially to CARLO REALMUTO.

We weren't sure which one we wanted, and we went with what we were ok with. Over the weekend, we let Jon know that we changed our minds and Jon and his team were nothing but accommodating!!
