I have been going to Big Star for a while. I purchased my 2022 Kona NLine new from DeMontrond. After servicing it there a few intervals, I witnessed the most unorganized and incompetent staff there. That’s when I fortunately found you! I spent twenty-one years active duty in the US Army as a Transportation Professional. I served several years as a Truckmaster, which leads both the operation and maintenance for a unit. So, when I write this, I mean it, every one I have come into contact with has been professional. That I can say with confidence, is rare. I had one incident a while back with the maintenance manger there, but after I gave him a free lesson in leadership, he resolved the situation admirably. This maintenance operation is impressive, particularly your integration of technologies that serve the customer. For instance, the videos you send, whoever came up with that, give them a bonus. The mechanics who narrate them can actually present well, not to be overlooked. Our best maintenance soldiers where the ones who were not only technically and tactically proficient, but could lead or teach others by their example. So, I mean it I say kudos, and I know the challenge is always keeping things this way, but enjoy it now, in case these are the golden years, and the walls are still nicely painted. Special call out to Juan, who has ALWAYS treated me professionally and with respect. My records will show the numerous visits, I can’t remember, but I’ll never forget how great the service was!!!!!!
