I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

I scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.

The service was done in a timely manner. The service representative was polite and professional. He was concerned for my time. My only complaint was that a part would be ordered and I would be notified when it came in. I have had no notification and so much time has passed I forgot about it. Now I am out of town for a few weeks and am worried that the problem has not been rectified.

The sales and finance team were great. Only disappointment is only one key fob was included with the sale. Really think certified pre owned should include 2 fobs, just like a new vehicle. Dealership service certainly has fobs laying around. The told me an additional fob was over $400 after i just paid $26K. Doesn’t sit well.
