I had a pleasant experience at Nexcar dealership. The salesman was friendly and helpful with the Honda Civic that I was interested in looking. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the car. I did look at another car that was nice but I decided to buy the Honda Civic! The car had very low mileage and looked very clean from the inside! Overall, I had a great experience there.

Great place to do business. Beau Surratt met me at the front entrances and there we began a journey that would end up on a very positive note. Beau was patient and understanding while listening to my needs and my desires. Though Beau made several trips back to the sales manager, he never gave up on his quest to make my deal work. Once I saw that we were not going to be able to get the deal I wanted, I left the dealership. In about 45 minutes, Beau called me and said, “ We have a deal”. The story doesn’t end there. Mike then took me to his office and the financing and paperwork began. It was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever done. The entire sales team made me feel that I was important and they did everything possible to gain my business.

Joseph Kim not only sold me one car he sold me two within two months! He was the epitome of stellar customer service. The time from looking online to buying a car was less than one week. When I drove up he had my new car pulled up to the front with a VIP tag with my name on it. He was a class act all the way around. Not to mention the facilities were impeccable. I did not have to buy my cars as I paid cash for them but even the lady in financing who did all my paperwork was very professional. Joseph introduced me to multiple people at Porsche who I might interact with in the future.
