I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

I dropped my car off Friday afternoon around 4 PM. It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come check me in (I had an appointment). From there I was assigned Mick as the Service Rep. I felt that the service team was very professional. Mick (Service Rep) was very communicative and provided a detailed status update each step of the way! I was a bit frustrated when I went to pick-up my car the following week and the AC was clearly not fixed. However, it turned out that the AC issue malfunctioned again after they gave the green light to release it back to me. I appreciated that Mick was able to offer me a rental car for the weekend (no-charge)! When I went to pick up my car again (the second time), the AC was fixed at no additional charge and they gave my car a wash!

I did look at another car that was nice but I decided to buy the Honda Civic! The car had very low mileage and looked very clean from the inside! Overall, I had a great experience there.

Joseph Kim not only sold me one car he sold me two within two months! He was the epitome of stellar customer service. The time from looking online to buying a car was less than one week. When I drove up he had my new car pulled up to the front with a VIP tag with my name on it. He was a class act all the way around. Not to mention the facilities were impeccable. I did not have to buy my cars as I paid cash for them but even the lady in financing who did all my paperwork was very professional. Joseph introduced me to multiple people at Porsche who I might interact with in the future.
