They might later get 5 stars , if my continuing glitches with the entertainment center problems are fixed. Already, 2 days after I got my JGC back from the dealer, and after their 2nd update, the entertainment center had turned itself completely off overnight, so i had to press the button to turn it back on after first day’s startup. Luckily my presets are still there for now, but we shall see. I have seen many Jeep GC owners complaining about the then new model(2022) of a myriad of entertainment center problems, but I didnt start having any problems until earlier this year, now it beginning to be non-stop and increasing. I love JGC, its my 4th, but if these PITA problems continue to occur or extend to the radio/XM/Apple Play and/or those source imputs die, i might be finished with Jeep. Now some Positive notes, my service advisor, Ty Brown, was courteous, listened to my complaints without interruption, empathetic and knowledgeable. The service acceptance bay area(my term) was clean and tidy. I was asked AHEAD OF TIME, if they could keep it longer than originally planned(much appreciated), and subsequently was retuned on to me on time.

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.
