They might later get 5 stars , if my continuing glitches with the entertainment center problems are fixed. Already, 2 days after I got my JGC back from the dealer, and after their 2nd update, the entertainment center had turned itself completely off overnight, so i had to press the button to turn it back on after first day’s startup. Luckily my presets are still there for now, but we shall see. I have seen many Jeep GC owners complaining about the then new model(2022) of a myriad of entertainment center problems, but I didnt start having any problems until earlier this year, now it beginning to be non-stop and increasing. I love JGC, its my 4th, but if these PITA problems continue to occur or extend to the radio/XM/Apple Play and/or those source imputs die, i might be finished with Jeep.
Now some Positive notes, my service advisor, Ty Brown, was courteous, listened to my complaints without interruption, empathetic and knowledgeable. The service acceptance bay area(my term) was clean and tidy. I was asked AHEAD OF TIME, if they could keep it longer than originally planned(much appreciated), and subsequently was retuned on to me on time.
