Residing 325 miles away, I found the perfect X3 30 with the accessories & color I wanted. Steve Lerner of Richmond BMW made sure that we got what we wanted. Steve spent hours with us to demonstrate the operation of the vehicle, as it was very different from the 2022 X3 that was totaled. My wife & 83-year-old mother-in-law walked away from this terrible accident with only a few bruises. The safety of the BMW convinced me to get another one to replace it. Steve had our car ready on arrival, and it was amazing to see the features he explained to us on this 2025 X3! Richard Vitek the General Manager, also took time to meet us to assure we were happy with the deal, as he did in previous emails. You can’t go wrong with these two gentlemen at Richmond BMW to see you get a great deal and understand the operation of the vehicle. Thanks guys!

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This dealership was the best I’ve been to. They took the time to work with me despite my bad credit and helped me get approved for a phenomenal rate. Even if you don’t think you’ll be approved trust me just show up they work miracles and really know how to talk to the finance companies. Aside from their ability to approve just about anybody, their prices, inventory size, and vehicle condition are phenomenal. Customer service was top tier, everybody in the office was extremely friendly and the facility was clean and well kept. 100/10

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.
