My service representative, Julio Lopez, has been extremely helpful and responsive to all of my concerns and questions. He always listens and provides useful feedback. Julio is an asset to Williamson and they should feel lucky to have him! Also, I commend and have recommended Williamson Cadillac to everyone in my circle. Everyone is very nice and you provide a good atmosphere for your customers.
As far as other matters related to certain GM quality products in general , I’m a bit disappointed that since I purchased my car, I have had problems with the CUE system. Twice replaced and still continued to experience issues, particularly with the gps and currently with a non responsive screen. GM, knowing full well of this ongoing issues with the CUE SYSTEM, should fix my issue without any cost to me. This system has been a “lemon” soon after I drove my car off the lot. Also, my sunroof liner started detaching about four years ago and I was told it could not be repaired, that the WHOLE, sunroof would have to be replaced at an astronomical cost to me. I have barely even opened the roof because of the excessive heat here in Florida, but I did thoroughly enjoy it on our few cooler days! I have not been able to use this feature, that I paid extra for, in about five years or longer! These are things I am displeased about and make me wonder if when I finally trade my car, if I’ll feel confident that GM and Cadillac is offering a better luxury product.
