My experience since buying from this dealership has been terrible. There has been issues with paperwork, failing parts (engine, cooling, brakes) in a car with 36k miles that I'd had for two months. Andy has been nothing but disrespectful and hard to work for. He refuses to take accountability and gets caught in a lie in almost every interaction I have with him. I eventually contacted his boss with all of my concerns. Everyone else I have communicated with has been really great. It's sad to see that all of these issues I'm having clouds my opinion of them. I would not recommend anyone to buy a used car from Andy. His attitude is terrible and you're probably going to end up with nothing but issues.

I called to get my tire repaired after getting a flat on the way to a funeral. I was met with AI BUT this AI was easy to use and was very lifelike. It reserved my appointment at the dealership in record time and within 30 minutes of calling. Once I arrived, I was met with extremely kind staff from pulling in to getting to the repair counter where the kindness continued. The level of comfort I received was 10 star and as I sit here and wait in their beautiful dealership to see what the repairs will consist of, I've already seen Allen once in the first 20 min to let me know that they were already working on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this Toyota repair shop over my own normal dealership repair shop! Thank you McGovern for your compassion and speediness.
