He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help us understand the Porsche Cayenne. He gave us a long, unrushed test drive, which allowed us to really experience the car, and thoroughly explained its features and answered all of our questions. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He even gave us some Porsche goodies to take home, which was a very nice touch and made us feel valued as customers. I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. He kept me updated real-time and gave me heads-up on what to prepare for in the future. Prior to this purchase, I've despised working with car salesmen (due to the stereotypes that exist within that industry), but this has definitely shed some new, positive light on the entire experience.
