Bought two vehicles the other day and it was the smoothest process I have had in buying a car. I was driving in a long distance and they stayed open beyond closing to make sure I could drive off the lot with the vehicles I wanted. Even though everyone was staying late, they never rushed me and they answered all my questions and handled all the paperwork professionally. From initial contact online through closing, everyone was pleasant and transparent. 10/10 will be returning and recommending to others.

I am possibly interested in downsizing from a Silverado Crewcab to an SUV and both men have invested a lot of time in showing me the various models with a test drive. Max really gained my confidence quickly and is the reason that I was willing to wire over $100,000 to a complete stranger to buy a car that I had never seen a person. I had been searching for the TESLA model X 2026, online for several days. Texting, emailing and having my phone blown up by many auto dealerships. Having never bought a car online before, I began to lose faith in the process. It all seemed very overwhelming. Many dealerships didn't have good reviews. Many didn't return texts or my phone calls. Max was exceptional! He was very good with texting. He was quick to respond. And when we spoke on the phone I knew this was the guy I could trust. He didn't oversell me. He made me feel comfortable. He even responded to my text after the dealership was closed. He walked me through the process and was my only contact for this entire transaction. I never spoke to another person! He even arrange for the delivery of my car and everything went as planned. My new Tesla arrived with a dealer tag in the glove compartment and everything I needed. Perfection! To be honest the whole process of buying this car through Max and J&S Autohaus was the easiest car purchase I've ever made in my life. The car was in pristine condition.
