From test drive to purchase, my experience was the best! Victor M. was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely personable which was refreshing! He made himself accessible during the purchasing process and the rest of the staff was equally as knowledgeable and efficient. I’d recommend the dealership and the sales team to friends and family! 10/10!

I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been - Ernestom

I'm not a fan of car dealerships, they've always been stressful and not my favorite places to spend time. But that all changed when I met my salesperson, Asli. Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down. We're already planning to come back next year! Thank you, Asli, for being exceptional!

We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years - spidernole

We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years ago. We returned because they were offering by far the best price online for the vehicle we wanted. I have to admit I was skeptical going in. In the past I have had dealers say "Oh, that price included x and y which you are not eligible for." The very first price they gave was exactly the online advertised price with no hidden inflators added. The offered a fair trade value and the deal was done. Mariana our salesperson was patient and professional. I love having a new car but hate buying it, if you know what I mean. This was actually an enjoyable car buying experience.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership wit - bennybagby0192

I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership wit Lamar Gresham being our salesman...He was awesome every time we were there and the buying process is great!!! The only negative i have is service and trying to schedule oul changes...sometimes I've gone a week trying to schedule an oul change and has even had to contact Lamar on occasions to assist...then after Im there for the oul change I sit and wait almost three hrs which to me is a lengthy amount of time for an oil change..by no means is this review directed to Lamar Greaham because he is great... as a side note I just recieved a call from the service manager with an apology for the trial of setting up appointments and a solution to rectify this going forward...Have been a loyal customer since our first purchase and they have renewed my faith and respect for this dealership...awesome group of people

My daughter called the service department. - Ordie1122

My daughter called the service department. Elijah was her service advisor. She told him that something was wrong with her car since she had been in there for an oil change. Elijah immediately looked up her account, verify that she was there recently for an oil change sent a tow truck to pick up her car and had it completed within three hours and returned to my Daughter with zero questions asked zero hassle. This is the future of customer service. If every department in the automotive industry did this sales would be through the roof. Car manufacturers have lost contact with the customer. Southern Ford is bringing that back. Do yourself a favor shop at southern if not for a car get your oil changed there. You won’t regret it.

In all my years of purchasing vehicles this was my most - BRITTNEYALLISON2002

The people are Richmond Ford West are phenomenal. - 277cangel

The people are Richmond Ford West are phenomenal. Wyatt went above and beyond to get us a fair deal. This dealership is not in it to make a quick buck, but to build long lasting relationships. They stand behind their vehicles. We experienced a vehicles issue shortly after the purchase. Wyatt took care of it and made it right. Cole in service took care of us and although the issue was a stubborn one, the service team diligently worked and got it back to us in proper working order. This is a team you can trust and will be my dealership of choice on future purchases. Chris

One word describes Mr. - WOOWOO0

One word describes Mr. Sherman and his service EXCELLENT I would have stop going there if he wasn't my service advisor. By the way I don't like talking to AI on the phone . Got hung up on the first time I called, called back and was told they didn't have a John Sherman. Do better.

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! - Teirra

Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Although I worked specifically with Kevin and Johnathan I am 100% sure that all staff members are just as Amazing! Shop Safford VW Richmond I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Went to purchase a new Honda Civic Touring. - nancydimaso

Went to purchase a new Honda Civic Touring. Gavin Lake, the part owner, was very annoying when it came to extra charges. He is a smooth talker, but his feathers get ruffled when you try to make deal. Wendy was very helpful. So far, so good after one day of leasing.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle from - philvz

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle from Richmond Lincoln, and I cannot recommend Luca highly enough. His in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln product, unwavering professionalism, and smooth, engaging personality made the entire process not only straightforward but truly enjoyable. Luca’s ability to clearly explain every feature and detail instilled confidence in my decision, ensuring I felt well-informed and valued throughout the purchase. What truly set this experience apart was how Luca embodies the Lincoln brand and the Richmond Lincoln dealership. His commitment to excellence and genuine care for his customers make him a standout professional in the industry—qualities that I will undoubtedly share with my friends and family. Additionally, I must commend Jazz, the financial manager, who worked his magic to secure a car payment that perfectly fit my budget. Jazz’s expertise and dedication turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless and positive experience. Together, Luca and Jazz represent the very best of Richmond Lincoln, making my vehicle purchase a memorable and hassle-free journey.

Joe Taylor is the MAN! - BEN WILLIAMS

Joe Taylor is the MAN! He was above board in our dealings. Offered their services and options but did not pressure. He remained in constant communication throughout and after the process. Joe showed that he wanted and deserved my business. I drove 2 hours to complete the deal. He actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Easily the one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchase experiences I have had. Hunter (Finance) was very good also. Again, non-pressure (and from a finance guy that is say something. LOL!) But, he was responsive and attentive. This dealership has a great vibe and people - based on my experience.

Excellent experience with both Leon Jones and Bill - MartyS

Excellent experience with both Leon Jones and Bill Thomas. I have owned a lot of cars over the years but this was the first time I ever bought one across country. I live in Colorado and was searching for a very specific and relatively rare luxury car. I found the perfect one here and the process for making the deal and having it shipped to CO from VA seemless and super easy. I cannot compliment Bill and Leon enough. They exceeded my expectations.
