I really enjoyed working with Mike Tadros - both on my leased NX in 2024 and recently purchasing the NX. Mike was awesome to work with and there was NO PRESSURE to buy or lease. He was very flexible with scheduling, and it took me only an hour and half to purchase my vehicle. I rate Mike a 5!! Very efficient operation!

My Jeep now rides smoother and quieter than before the lift. It looks great and the 37 inch tires fit with no interference with any part of the jeep. April did a great job of keeping me informed and responding to my questions throughout the process. When they returned my vehicle after the lift it was very clean. The tires and wheel wells looked better than when it was new. I am very pleased with the the people and the entire process. Thanks again!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no haggling with back and forth to multiple managers. He gave us a very fair great price. Everyone in the dealership from parts dept, service and finance were incredible. I would not hesitate to purchase your car from them. I was so impressed that I purchase my next car with them even if I have to drive hours to the dealership!

I've brought my truck in twice for service in the last couple of months and dealt with Anthony Cagley in the service center. Both times he was professional, friendly and overall did a great job communicating what was needed and the associated costs. The work was completed within the timeframe given when I authorized them to proceed. Will be getting my truck serviced here from now on as long as the experience continues to be this good.

We had the best experience with Hiram Otero. We literally despise shopping for a new car. We love trading in for a nice new shiny car, but hate the process and always try to keep our time at any dealership to a minimum. That is until we came to Rivard Buick GMC and met Hiram. We spent a great deal of time with him and truly enjoyed it. He was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. No high pressure sales tactics or wasting time going back and forth. We felt very comfortable with him as our sales person. Rivard Buick GMC in general is a very nice dealership with a lot of inventory and great folks to work with. We bought a truck from Hiram and will be returning to buy another vehicle from him as well. He has changed our opinion about car shopping. It doesn’t have to be a dreaded and grueling process, but I do believe it has a lot to do with the dealership and the sales person you are working with. We highly recommend Hiram Otero and Rivard Buick GMC.

This dealership has been extremely good to me and has gone above and beyond to earn my business and keep me coming back. They always have a loaner vehicle available when my vehicle needs servicing, to be booked at and for routine maintenance. The loaner checkout process is simple as well. On the most recent time they had my vehicle, they worked to find the issue and when they couldn’t find it, I was not charged. The vehicle unfortunately did again have the issue. The dealership sent someone to fetch my car then deliver a new loaner, then they were able to find the issue this time and being that it was miner, a loose connection, I once again was not charged.

He made the purchase very pleasant. They also got me a discounted finance plan. They even put 25 dollars of gas in to get me on my way. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
