Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best - Cota

Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best to work with. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars and had lots of questions, Sarah was able to assist me to be confident in my car choice. She didn’t push me in any direction and make the whole experience low pressure. Now I have a car I truly love and I can’t thank her enough for making it happen!

I liked being able to see the various Chrysler/Jeep - mishababytom

I liked being able to see the various Chrysler/Jeep vehicles on display. Even though I specifically wanted a Compass, it’s always interesting seeing what some of the other choices are. There were multiple new and used Compass on the lot to chose from, and Nelson Cypher took the time to show me the ones that best fit my needs. Once I made my choice the entire Dealership team swung into action making the purchase go as smoothly as possible. With the help of my son all the pertinent information was supplied to expedite the purchase process.

I was able to get my car in the day after I called. I worked with Gary and he listened to my concerns and made sure everything was checked out. They needed extra time to check car over and was given a shuttle ride home to avoid sitting there for such a long time. It was a very good experience.

Nicole Elder was great to work with. - BDLOVETT

Nicole Elder was great to work with. She walked half way across their large lot in the rain to see if I needed assistance. She got the info I was looking for on the vehicle I was interested in. I told her I was going to check out one other dealer before I purchased anything. She said ok but she would beat any deal they had. I returned to Suburban Ford and she did just that. No pressure and no surprises making it a pleasant buying experience. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the last fifty years and I would have to say this was the best buying experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Nicole.

Eric is amazing! - fikelb

Eric is amazing! I first went in to test drive a car that I wasn’t really in love with. He told me all about the car I checked out, which was the nicest I saw of all the cars I drove that day. He was super attentive, and could tell I still wasn’t the happiest with it. Instead of trying to force the used car purchase, he helped me check out a few others. I got all the information I needed on these and was happy to find a new car in my price range to lease. The car I fell in love with ended up selling, and Eric did everything he could to bring in another one for me! It could be my age, but salesmen at other dealerships have not treated me like a serious customer. Eric took me seriously throughout the entire process and I could tell he respected my time. I never felt the frustration that I usually feel trying to get a car. The leasing process went smoothly and he was easy to communicate with whenever needed. He obviously cared about sending me off with the car in perfect condition. He even made sure the Permaplate application was perfect. Now every time I walk out and see my car I feel sooo happy and I have Eric to thank for that :) Because of my experience with dealers in the past, I’m not sure anyone else could’ve given me this dealer experience. I appreciate him so much and already started recommending him to family and friends next time they’re looking for cars. And Shoutout Rishi and the woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name), they were also very kind!
