The guest loyalty team has been incredibly supportive in assisting me to make sure my newly acquired truck was roadworthy. I encountered a problem with my truck within the first 30 days (under 1000 miles) and scheduled a service appointment. Martin was the first to assist me in resolving the issue, and he was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I had to return the truck because the problem persisted. I then collaborated with Toya, who truly went the extra mile to help me get my truck repaired. She kept me informed and even arranged for the shop foreman to examine the situation with my truck. Both Toya and the shop foreman followed up with me, clarifying what the actual problem was and how it would be resolved. In my experience with previous vehicles, I have never encountered such outstanding customer service and eagerness to assist as I did at Echo Park. They genuinely put in a lot of effort to help me, and I am very grateful for that.
