My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with Sierra and Ricardo. Before visiting, I had done extensive research, compared quotes from multiple dealerships, and came in as a well-informed buyer. Rather than trying to change my mind or push a sales pitch, they respected that and focused on helping us make the right decision.
When we arrived, all three vehicles we wanted to compare were already pulled up and ready to go. That level of preparation showed they valued our time. They gave us the space to inspect each vehicle at our own pace, compare them, and discuss them privately. There was no hovering, no pressure, and no attempt to steer us toward one vehicle over another.
