Had a great experience purchase my X5 50e with the team at Gebhardt. I've been taking all my vehicles there for service for a number of years and purchasing our next vehicle from the same dealership really made the experience special. Ryan had to locate a vehicle to match my wants/needs and the did an excellent job tracking daily inventory in the nation and routing the right one to Gebhardt. Once it arrived everyone provided so much help and knowledge about the vehicle and seamless finance paperwork. I'm looking forward to all future purchases with the Gebhardt team and of course the great maintenance we receive in the service department.

👍👍 Don't think I have said this before in my 70+ years, but a very pleasant and stress-free car buying experience. The agent we worked with, Luke Trujillo, was knowledgeable and professional and took the extra time and effort to make sure my wife and daughter-in-law had all of their questions answered (since obviously I won't get to drive it.) and were part of the buying process. Just as we thought we were going to sign the papers, a slight hiccup came up and Luke solved the issue overnight. Drove away in our "Bimmer" the next morning. Job well done Luke. God forbid at my age I ever have to buy another vehicle, but if so, will gladly give Luke and Prestige a call.

This was honestly the most painless vehicle buying experience I have had to date. Rafael was very low pressure and extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me all the options in that range. They were also able to help me with my trade in and did not play the bargaining game which I very much appreciate. I had spent a couple days looking around other dealerships of all sizes and transwest beat their prices and interest easily. I cannot recommend them enough.

The finance portion was good as well, John took me through the paperwork and it was a comfortable process. The pressure to purchase the upgrades was minimal. Overall, the whole time at the dealership was under 3 hours including test drive and inspection. Thanks Anthony, Mike and John!
