Very satisfied with the amount of time it took to diagnose and fix the issue. Crossing my fingers the issue would not reoccur! My only issue was the previous time they tried to fix the issue and used an aftermarket part without telling me so it was not covered by warranty. This time around, everything was explained clearly which was appreciated.
