My husband and I purchased a new Honda CRV Touring hybrid from Paul Rienzi and Mike Hasson. Both were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. All of our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed. We would highly recommend them-it was well worth the hour drive.

We had the oil changed & spark plugs & engine air filter replacements. The windshield wipers were also replaced. Although it's hard to review a service department when you have so little need to use them, but the few times I've had to avail myself of their help have been far better than those for other cars that I've owned. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Tatyana, my salesperson, was kind, incredibly patient, and very personable—never pushy, which I really appreciated. She was also extremely thorough in walking me through all the features of my vehicle, helping me set up my phone, and making sure I felt comfortable using all the tech before I left. The sales manager was equally impressive. I definitely gave him a run for his money, but he handled every bit of my pushback with professionalism and composure. As a former salesperson myself, I recognize all the usual tactics, and even so, he managed to navigate everything thoughtfully and make the deal work. And Mike—what a gem. He has such an interesting background, (former bounty hunter and by a stroke of not luck, but being a good human found himself on Dog The Bounty Hunter), I found myself completely engaged hearing how he ended up at the dealership. He was also not pushy at all, he found me an amazing rate that truly made my purchase possible, and is definitely not your typical finance guy just looking to make a buck. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return when I’m ready to trade.

Their service advisor Steven has been very informative along the way which is better than all other ships. Five stars if they can find the issue and fix it.
