Mike Schneider of Bredemann Toyota and the entire service department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 had an electrical issue that another mechanic could not solve for 8 full days. When I brought it to Mike's attention, the issue was diagnosed and the problem solved within just 2 hours and at a cost far less than I anticipated. The service department at this location cannot be beat when you consider everything involved. Of course you can try to find a cheaper alternative, but you will pay a dear price for inferior work...or like in my case another mechanic may keep your car for over a week and never fix the issue! The general sales manager (GSM) gave me a call to resolve the issue, he said that he doesn’t believe it was done at the dealership yet he’s willing to patch it as a goodwill gesture. Im not looking for a patched up dashboard, thats not how I brought it in. I informed them that I want my dashboard replaced and was told it will not happen and the gsm keeps insisting that it happened elsewhere but they’re fixing it as a goodwill gesture. The damage is so obvious and the mechanics greasy hand prints are all over the dashboard. Its easy to see they used the wrong tool or a tool improperly. What a shame

Took 2003 Tundra in for repairs. Repairs were mounting up too high. Bought 2019 Tacoma instead. Have bought multiple vehicles with Nick as salesman. Brian, closing docs, was good. Paid $92 for estimate on repairs that would have been applied to repairs if I had done that. Think I should have been able to apply that to purchase of new vehicle instead? I don't know the name of employee in service dept.

The lady advised me it wasn't time for a oil change. I really appreciated that. Most places would have just done the oil change. It is very nice to know your dealership is honest. Glad I bought my car from you. Peter came to my car and he explained the whole Navagation system to me!!! I have never had the map displayed on the screen before. He waited till I fully understood how to use the system. (The salesman should have showed me that 15 months ago). Peter was very helpful. He is a great employee. Please let him know how much I appreciate what he did for me.

I called to reschedule my service check appt. Left voicemail with "Bridget" with my name, number and request to reschedule my appt., but no one returned my call. Decided to go to dealership. Bridget said she updated it, whatever that means. She would not explain what that meant, but repeatedly said "I updated it." Don't know what updated means. How could you update anything until we spoke and got another date to come in. Then I dealt with "Sal" to reschedule my service check since I had to come into the dealership as no one was returning my call. Sal was impatient, as if I was holding him up for another customer. No one else was waiting, but even if there was, every customer is important. I won't go back to Toyota of Lincolnwood again. The only time the service was good was when the salesman was trying to lease me the car! After that, it would downhill.
