Could have been a 5 stars if I didn't have to come back a week later on my only day off during the week and spend three hours to have them re-patch a tire that wasn't done correctly. Otherwise, great and friendly service. Was even given a coupon for my original service.

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)

My experience was great and I haven’t been able to express that in YEARS about Volkswagen in Oak Lawn. The recall that was done on my Atlas was ready way ahead of the scheduled time and I was updated throughout the process. I was advised that my cap for my windshield washing fluid was missing which was a total surprise on my end - but was advised I would receive a call once it comes in. Once that is received I can say my trust is on the way to being restored with VW in Oak Lawn again. I was advised of maintenance that is needed for my Atlas soon. Now, if customer coupons can be disseminated for repairs needed, that’d be icing on the cake!
