Great experience at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai. Shoutout to Lukas, my sales rep, who made the process smooth and straightforward. Even though I bought a used vehicle that wasn’t part of their usual Hyundai inventory, the team moved fast and stayed solution‑oriented throughout. We hit a snag when my bank temporarily froze my account due to an ACH wire limit, but Lukas stayed patient and flexible while we figured out a workaround (ended up using a cashier’s check). I also appreciated that they were reasonable and transparent, especially since I had done my own research on the car. While there wasn’t a ton of room to move on price, which is understandable for a used vehicle, we ultimately found ways to make the deal come together with some give and take on both sides. Overall, a solid buying experience with good people who focus on getting a deal done the right way. Would recommend asking for Lukas.

I brought my CRV in for the first oil change since I purchased it new. I had an appointment. Very courteous assistance. Waiting area was great. Took a bit less than an hour including oil change, multi point inspection and car wash. No complaints.

He addressed all my questions and worked hard during negotiations to make sure I drove home in a new car. Juan, the sales manager, was also fantastic and very fair when it came to negotiating my trade-in price. The whole team made the process seamless and stress-free.
