Found the car I wanted at a fair price. I had been looking for this particular model BMW for a few months at this point in time and knew they sold quick at the price listed. Called into the store and Alan answered promptly. We discussed everything and he took the time to answer my questions. We did online financing to have it ready and secure the car until I could make it up there later in the week. Alan called back once financing was approved and we discussed down payment and other options. We agreed on price and he gave me a full breakdown on all costs. BMW was as described and very very clean. All service was done and it had a full tank of gas. I had my family with me including my 2 year old son who had a blast running around the all indoor show room. The entire staff treated us with respect and the facility is awesome. All in all a fantastic experience. In and out the door on Saturday in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I am happy I found them! Thanks Alan!

I was in a accident and my 2018 Silverado was totaled. I hate looking for a vehicle and listening to all the salesmen and their B.S. I set up an appointment and drove 1hr to see a vehicle in Elburn that was online. Speaking to a salesperson, he couldn’t find the vehicle. The GM stated that they hadn’t had a vehicle like that in over a month. I pulled the salesman outside and asked him if the was a GMC or another Chevy Dealer in the area. He old me Ron Westphal Chevrolet was about 20 min away. Arriving at RWC, I spoke to Richard. He was pleasant. He actually listened and fit me into a vehicle that I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. No B.S.

Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service. Made an appointment and drove 50 miles to the dealership. Ernie Bonilla the service manager was a great communicator. Charles Vyse the service technician made a video as he was inspecting my car, showing me all the items that required attention. A checklist was sent to me, allowing me to select all the repairs that i approved of. A loaner vehicle was provided. Two days later Kevin dropped off my vehicle which was detailed inside and out. This amazing experience occurred because Kevin approached me and indulged in a wonderful conversation about range rovers and the good service provided by Patrick Land Rover Thanks a lot Kevin, Ernie and Charles

This review is for Josh Ryoo. Came in about a year ago to test drive couple vehicles and he was relaxed. Let us test drive in private and answered all our questions back at the dealership. He was honest and upfront about the vehicles from his point of view. Came back this year with an offer from another dealer I got through Trucar and did his best to match it and get close. I paid couple hundred dollar more but he was very upfront about all the standard dealer charges. He was able to get us the car we wanted and took off non essential dealer charges and threw in additional services. He did not pressure us to buy anything but suggested an extended warranty with the reasoning due to increase in part prices. Overall, smooth, solid transaction and because our family needed another car, came back next day to buy another one through him. His calm, cool demeanor and honesty got us to trust him to purchase TWO Palisades within 12 hours. Will do business again with Josh Ryoo.

Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.
