I did look at another car that was nice but I decided to buy the Honda Civic! The car had very low mileage and looked very clean from the inside! Overall, I had a great experience there.

The Service team are always top notch. They take care of me with a sense of urgency and let me utilize a salesman office to take calls and virtual meetings so I can still work while I wait for my fleet element vehicle to get done. The approval process can sometimes be lengthy so they try to expedite the process the best they can. I especially love the video tour of the vehicle inspection from the service tech. That really takes it to a new level.

Joseph Kim not only sold me one car he sold me two within two months! He was the epitome of stellar customer service. The time from looking online to buying a car was less than one week. When I drove up he had my new car pulled up to the front with a VIP tag with my name on it. He was a class act all the way around. Not to mention the facilities were impeccable. I did not have to buy my cars as I paid cash for them but even the lady in financing who did all my paperwork was very professional. Joseph introduced me to multiple people at Porsche who I might interact with in the future.
