My wife and I are very satisfied with how we were treated by each of the departments that assisted us with purchasing our Buick Envision. The salesman, Mark Mercer, answered all of our questions. The sales manager Noah Matz, worked to obtain our business as we negotiated to reach what we considered a fair trade. John Soldo who wrote up the final paperwork and contract was very helpful in explaining Leasing. Also, about 8 years ago we purchased and Enclave from Mathews Buick (the same dealership) and Carol was surprised to find the same service manager Tom Deem. So, Yes, we had a very good purchasing experience.
