I took my 2008 Tahoe to Ray Chevrolet for a brake job on the front axle. I dropped off my vehicle at 7 am I was hoping to get it done by lunch time, but that didn't happen. Once I picked up the vehicle I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Later on that evening I heard noises coming from the front brakes, basically the same noise prior to the brake job. Needless to say that, I need to take my truck back to be evaluated.

Martin Techs tried to replicate the problem but could not. There ended up being NO charge. There actually was no mechanical work done but it was very gracious of Martin Chevrolet to handle things that way

My Chev Bolt was not working. The dealership had a mechanic check over my batteries and found the 12 volt battery was bad. They replaced the battery, which cost me $450.00. Found that to be lots more then I thought it would be, but my Bolt is back in full running condition.

I set up an appointment and drove 1hr to see a vehicle in Elburn that was online. Speaking to a salesperson, he couldn’t find the vehicle. The GM stated that they hadn’t had a vehicle like that in over a month. I pulled the salesman outside and asked him if the was a GMC or another Chevy Dealer in the area. He old me Ron Westphal Chevrolet was about 20 min away. Arriving at RWC, I spoke to Richard. He was pleasant. He actually listened and fit me into a vehicle that I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. No B.S.
