I was very pleased with my recent service appointment at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Mr Curtis Jones , who assisted me that day, provided exceptional service. He clearly explained what my car needed, including when an oil change and tire rotation would be due. He also helped me understand that contrary to what I had assumed, my car did not need a routine oil change that day. As a result, I was able to spend my money on the service that was actually needed. In addition, he outlined the near-term service plan for my car, which no one had done for me before. This gave me a much better understanding of car maintenance and helped me plan ahead.

Service has always been excellent. Well except for the time they overfilled my oil. But they corrected that. So high marks there. I appreciate the service videos showing what is seen under the body. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly which I appreciate. And she tries to let me have a loaner when available. I am close to getting a new car and have been very happy with Premier. As a woman I appreciate the sales force does not talk down to me. I have owned many cars and have walked away from dealerships that still do that.

Lens provided amazing customer service, providing exceptional customer service and bringing my car into the garage because it was raining. They sent a video of my car and recommending additional services to be done, with no pressure to do it. I will definitely get my car serviced there in the future.

Willing to perform work on my 2009 vehicle, while other dealerships want nothing to do with it, even though they service cars with much more mileage than my car has. Balise had no problem with my cars age. If you want to keep your vehicle all Ford, use Balise.
