I have never had a negative experience here. I brought my car in for service to check the brakes and for an inspection (state). I left my car with them and was updated throughout the process with issues and repairs needed with pricing. Kole in the service department was great and had wonderful communication. When I returned to get my car it was clean and looked great. After I left I realized I did not have a new inspection sticker and returned same day to clarify if it had been done. I realized I had not specified the type of inspection and was given a multi point inspection. They were able to accommodate me and got me in immediately for a state inspection and finished quick. I appreciate the professionalism, and accommodation from this dealer.

My sales consultant, Pedro, was friendly and efficient, and I especially appreciated the straightforward closing process with no pressure to buy aftermarket products. Additionally, Yaro was very helpful in quickly resolving an accounting error regarding a double-charged deposit. I have a few notes for improvement regarding coordination and transparency. I had to return to the dealership twice for registration and inspection, which felt like an extra visit that could have been avoided with better planning. Furthermore, I opted for a loan over cash based on a recommendation to assist with end-of-month goals and a promotion. While I was informed I could pay the loan off at any time without penalty, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the interest that accrues daily between the purchase date and the payoff date. Overall, I received great service, but I hope to see more clarity on financial charges and better logistical coordination in the future.

He truly cares, is very responsive and really just honest/transparent. He lets you know if it’s the right time for your situation, or maybe to hold out if you can for a better deal. He makes it easy to fully understand the process and feel confident that you are receiving the best offer. The entire staff (and the overall vibe) is just friendly and chill. He was incredibly patient and genuinely committed to ensuring we were satisfied—not just during the sale, but even after everything was finalized. The financing process went smoothly, though we do regret purchasing the Zurich Shield. The application left messy streak marks and what felt like overspray bumps on the car. We were the first customers to work with a new leather repair specialist, and unfortunately, the results didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the team did everything they could to make it right, and we truly appreciated their effort—even if the outcome wasn’t ideal. However, we were promised something extra to make up for the poor experience, but haven’t heard anything further on that. The service department, however, left something to be desired. Despite being told I’d receive follow-up calls, I had to reach out multiple times when no one got back to me. Important details discussed beforehand were missing at the time of the appointment, and items that were supposed to be looked into ahead of time were not addressed. On a positive note, the actual repairs were excellent and the loaner cars were a big plus. The detailing shop also fell short—especially after the leather repairs required several return visits. We eventually took the car to a professional detailer, and the difference was night and day. In summary, while there were a few bumps along the way, our overall experience was positive—thanks in large part to John Durkin’s exceptional service.
