I went in to just take a look, I wasn't planning on making a purchase that day due to my tight schedule, I had work in a few hours. Nothing was sticking out, just options to keep in mind. Then Bobby found a car that fit my criteria perfectly! But I was on a tight time crunch. Bobby made it happen. As soon as I said I wanted it he streamlined the entire process, going above and beyond to get me through each step as efficiently as possible. I left with my new car with 15 minutes to spare. After a few previous visits to different dealerships I was a bit despondent, too many pushy dealers, dealers that were condescending, and no fault to anyone there were just no options I loved. Bobby was the opposite. He didn't push, he heard me out, didn't try to change my mind on my criteria or make me feel like I couldn't leave without signing for a car. Bobby was phenomenal, I just wish that I went to him first instead of last.
