Albert even drove me to my bank since my previous car got traded-in (to get my cashiers check for my down payment) and took extra time at the end to show me all the features on my new car. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I have been to this dealership. I purchased my car in Nevada and my service light was coming on for my oil change. I called this dealer because my friends had a no so good review of Goudy which is 6 minutes from me. Patty answered the phone and was very friendly. She set up a 7 am appointment which I was there at 6:50. I was immediately greeted by Billy who helped me setting everything up. Everyone is very friendly and helpful here. He said I can wait in the waiting room which is very clean and had complimentary coffee. I made a cup and before I knew it my car was ready. Was out by 7:30, visit was fast and painless, I now have a place to service my car and I have now told my friends.
