I went into Arrowhead Lexus to look at what options were - marquette_87
I went into Arrowhead Lexus to look at what options were available when I decided I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. I had already test driven an Acura and at the time, owned an Acura. Next on my list was Lexus. I was in the parking lot, perusing, and Amy Dudley approached and asked if I had any questions. I told her about my situation, how I was only looking, for when the time came to purchase a new vehicle and that I was looking at the RX350 Hybrid. Since I rarely drive, she advised that the hybrids like to be driven, and it may not be the right choice for me. I appreciated the honesty, and the gas-powered vehicle was less expensive. I asked if I could test drive both vehicles, so I could compare the drive of the two. We went on the highway so I could see how they performed at higher speeds and merging, etc. I had a lot of questions, and she said she may not have all the answers, but she would know where to find them. She lied; she had all the answers right down to the length of the vehicle so I would know if it would fit in my garage. There was not one question she could not answer. She showed me the great features of the car. I remember asking her if I could change the colors of the ambient lighting in the vehicle and she asked if I wanted to. There was never any pressure, just answers. It was a very relaxing experience, and I hate car shopping. After the test drives, we walked to her desk so she could provide written information on the vehicle I said I would like. I told her I would like that, but I still had another dealership to visit before I made my final choice. Amy advised she could make a side-by-side comparison of any vehicles I was interested in, and I appreciated that.
I called Amy as I left the third dealership, letting her know that I was interested in the RX350. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, but Amy totally sold me on the vehicle and the dealership. I told her she was very good at what she does, and I mean that wholeheartedly.
I called the next day to determine what was next. While they did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, there was a close second. There were some features on the vehicle I did not need but since the car was already in production, there was not an option of having them removed. I signed the documents and put down my deposit. A couple of hours later, Amy called to tell me she located a vehicle that did not have the extra features that I did not want and because of that, the vehicle was a little less expensive and it would arrive a few weeks sooner. Amy really listened and even after the sale, she worked for me.
On the day I was to take possession of my new car, Amy was there to answer any questions and offered advice on the next steps. She walked me to the finance team, and I met with Annette. Annette took the time to explain everything and provided the numbers on any options that may be of interest to me. She also advised me what to tell my insurance company to possibly secure bigger discounts. Annette was very personable and made the finance portion painless.
Arrowhead Lexus helped me set up my vehicle and answered any questions I had before I left. Photos with my car and with Amy, a hug, and I was on my way.
I did need to return for the door guards. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Sloan. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. I told Andrew I was still figuring out the vehicle and he asked if I had any questions. He got in the vehicle with me and answered the questions I had.
Amy called me a few days after my purchase and asked how things were going, and I advised I had zero buyers’ remorse and looked for reasons to go for a drive. I love the car and thanked her for finding the right vehicle for me. She shared a RX350 virtual classroom video, which was a gamechanger.
Arrowhead Lexus welcomes you like family. I am very happy I chose this dealership and that Amy was working the day I was browsing.
