I think a lot of us have walked into dealerships wondering if we’ll be talked down to, pressured, or made to feel like we don’t know what we’re doing. That was not my experience at Airport Kia, and I couldn’t be more grateful. JJ and Leonard treated me with genuine respect from the moment I walked in. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and if I had questions or didn’t fully understand something, they took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense—without ever making me feel embarrassed for asking. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the finance manager. Usually, signing all the paperwork is the most intimidating part of buying a car, but he completely changed that experience for me. He was incredibly kind, hilarious, and had me laughing throughout the entire process. In the past, I’ve felt pressured during the finance portion of buying a car to add on extra products or services I didn’t necessarily want. This time, I never felt that pressure. He simply walked me through everything, answered my questions honestly, and made the entire experience feel relaxed instead of overwhelming. From start to finish, everyone at Airport Kia made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for. I left feeling confident in my purchase instead of wondering if I’d been taken advantage of, and that peace of mind is priceless. Customer service like this is hard to find, and JJ, Leonard, and the finance team truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with integrity, patience, and kindness, I can’t recommend Airport Kia enough. The service department at this dealership is outstanding. I've dealt with the same advisor (Jonathan) for years and always come away satisfied and pleased with my decision to use this dealership for things like oil changes, tire rotation, coolant flushes and so forth. Shocking, really, when you consider the reputation car dealers suffer generally. Not here, though; this service department may be small but they're professional, quick and true to their word (my appointment always holds up).

I cannot recommend Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point enough. After weeks of calls, quotes, and spending hours at other dealerships only to be disappointed with bait and switch tactics, this was finally the experience we had been hoping for. Thomas, the BDC Manager, gave us a realistic quote over the phone and honored it exactly as promised when we arrived. No games, no surprises, just honesty and professionalism from the start. Once we got to the dealership, Syncia showed us the Kia K4 we wanted, and the entire buying process was smooth, easy, and seamless. Al in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made everything simple and stress free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. From the first phone call to signing the papers and driving off in my new car only took a couple of hours. After such frustrating experiences elsewhere, Phil Smith Kia was a breath of fresh air. I could not be happier with the entire process and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new car.

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.
