Over the years I have purchased many cars. I usually dread going to the car dealership. This experience at Kia Delray was totally different. I compared prices to other dealerships in Delray Kia definitely had better pricing. The entire staff was super friendly and very easy to deal with. A huge shout out to our sales person Sylvester! He was so easy to deal with and made this a very low pressure and low stress transaction. He totally knew the product that he was selling and and made us feel totally comfortable about purchasing the car that we did. Usually meeting with the finance person is also high pressure but in this case it was a very positive experience.Best of all I absolutely love my new Kia Carnival! I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Sylvester.

After owning my used 2019 KIA Soul for less than a month am back at the dealership (service) there some issues with the transmission. When slowing down it kicks in to 1st gear as if the car has been kicked in the butt - and they think it might be the transmission, which is covered by warranty but I don’t want to have to keep returning here cuz they are unable to find the issue. Which is what they told me. I know there’s an issue so I will have to be back if it keeps happening.
That being said - Goose my service advisor was awesome!!! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made sure I was informed about the process through - even managed to get me a loaner as they kept the car overnight. The KIA Soul drives nice for being a crossover, small SUV. KIA brand is surprisingly good - am accustomed to driving BMW and JEEP which are more solid cars. For the value for money KIA in my opinion is the best product out in the “affordable” and high rating car market.
Service waiting area here is nice and comfortable - modern. However, lacking in any amenities.. they don’t even offer customers a bottle of water, and they don’t offer anything either when purchasing a car. There are dispensing machines for crappy snacks and beverages - which I suppose it’s the help yourself rule. There is coffee for those that need their daily caffeine intake. Rather mediocre service offerings compared to other dealerships.
As I said service was 5 star ALL the way. If you’re lucky to get Goose you will be treated like royalty - though am sure all the service advisors are probably just as great!

I would like to start by saying, I am not the only who has had issues with this dealership! If I could I would give them a 0 star rating. I had a couple recall notices mailed to me for my car (2012 Kia Optima Hybrid). On July 27th 2021, I was having issues with the way it was running (hesitating when pressing the gas from a stop or in reverse) plus it was almost time for an oil change and a tire rotation. I took my car into this dealership to have the work done on it that day. They told me it was the transmission, it would be awhile since they didn't have the part in stock. A month later of not hearing anything I called to find out what was going on, just to find out there is no update for me at all. No part availability, no date for when the work would be done, nothing! The very next day they called me to tell me that my car is ready for pickup. I went to get my car only to find out there was a HUGE scratch and white scuff mark on my trunk plus the car was so dirty and had bird poop on it like it had been sitting under a tree this whole time. They fixed the scratch and scuff mark about a week total for that. I came into to get the car and to talk with the service manager Brett Gorman, just for him to act like he completely had no idea and never heard anything about this issue even though I had already called the Kia corporation to file a complaint with a case number. I took my car home but low and behold on my way home there was a grinding noise and feel on my front left brake as well as the check engine and maintenance light came on. I called Brett and they took it right back to them. They fixed it saying the caliper was sticking so they sprayed it to stop the sticking. That same day I took my car home and felt really weird and off about this whole situation, so I decided to check my dashcam. Upon looking at that, the same day of dropping my car of (July 27th 2021) their MVP (Max Mcbride) one of their "most certified techs" as the manager Brett said before, took my car around the block and crashed it into another car and never told me about it!! The manger Brett and Max were both in the video laughing, talking, and just seem to be having a good ole time, but again Brett had no idea of anything happening right?

I walk into every dealership expecting to be bent over, but these guys were just looking to make a buck, not milk me for everything they could get. They were honest and straightforward, with no need for me to haggle or complain about extra padding in the deal. Nick was great as a salesman and the test drive was fun. Abimael was a joy to work through in Finance and answered all of my questions straightforwardly. Recommended!
