It was great as it usually is, Devon got me a shuttle to run an errand I needed to while I was waiting. My driver Carlos was super friendly, helpful, and hilarious I liked him a lot. Devon was very polite and professional helped me with all that my car needed and made sure my car was ready before the time I told him I needed to leave by. He was training another man who was also very pleasant and helpful. I however ended up running 10 mins behind because I was reluctantly pulled into the sales area by I'm assuming a manager there I believe her name was Shanah or Elise but I could be mistaken. It’s actually happened every time I've been in to receive a service and its the only part of the experience I dread. I explain every time that I absolutely love the new car I bought there and they know its barely over a year old and that I haven't absolutely no interest in trading it in because I've told them that every time yet I'm always questioning as to why and pressured into looking into something new. My car is still new and Im very happy with it. Id love to come in for a service and just relax without the pressure like I could at a regular shop. Also was bummed both of the coffee machines were down.

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.

My experience with service has also been great, especially my visit on 9/3.2026. Kendall C was my service advisor. He was very professional but also friendly, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the progress while I waited. I give him a 10 plus!
