Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.

Over the last 10 years I have purchased 6 new vehicles for my family. Mike Murray handle each from vehicle selection to happy customer. After negotiating a deal, I asked for a Sky Blue Kia EV 9 Wind which they did not have in stock. Mike asked sales manager Danny Campbell to find one. Within 3 hours it was on the lot! Mike oversaw the paperwork and vehicle preparation. Well done Mike Murray and Lokey Kia!

Laura was absolutely fantastic and wonderful to work with. Howie was also wonderful in finance. Marshall however was unprofessional and manipulative and attempted to add on a full extra year of payments without verbally telling me that, and tried to turn it around on me 'that's why I had you come around the desk to look at the screen' when I am wearing glasses and standing behind him pointing at a payment I've already agreed to. Then I go to sign with Howie and notice the extra year. Thankfully I'm not a 70 year old grandma and signed blindly. Very disgusted with Marshall.
