I had 'built' a vehicle on HyundaiUSA.com and it was sent to Holler Hyundai & HQ Hyundai. HQ's response was "What are you looking for?". I went with Holler after that response and the representative scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I showed for the appointment and that salesperson was 'off' on that day. Antonio Colon took care of the appointment for the test drive. The experience I had with Antonio is such a stark contrast to my dealings with Gettel out in Tampa. There were NO special 'add-ons' of 'complimentary' service (@ $3k+). Antonio's manager provided a sheet of paper, what Holler was offering for my vehicle, their 'best' price for Hyundai I was purchasing, & tax/tags/registration. No remorse or uneasy feeling. The exact model and options was not on their lot. A few days later Antonio texts that my vehicle had arrived and was ready for finalizing the sale. Antonio has seen me at the dealership after the sale and his demeanor is the same, super polite and attentive. "I am just making sure that everything is alright", this a week after the sale was finalized. He and the team I have met at Holler just want to make sure that everything with my new vehicle from them is alright. Thanks Holler and thank you Antonio Colon. I was guarded from the experience with my son's truck a year ago from Gettel and expected more of the same going into Holler, especially after the question the salesperson from HQ presented me. I already know where I am going for my future vehicle.

Alan Kurtz, the manager, went above and beyond by personally arranging to have my vehicle picked up directly from my home so it would not have to be driven while experiencing a severe oil leak. That level of consideration and customer care immediately set the tone and gave me confidence I was in the right place. From there, Alan put me in the hands of Pat Lannon, the Service Manager, and it was truly smooth sailing. Pat assigned his best mechanic to my truck and, for the first time in a year, a long-standing oil leak issue was finally diagnosed and properly resolved. Throughout the entire process, Pat provided regular updates along with video proof and photos of the work being done, which showed transparency, honesty, and pride in his work. Pat never wavered in his strict work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. That kind of integrity is rare these days and is something I deeply respect and admire. I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox LT FWD with 1.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, adaptive cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency/automatic braking, cross traffic alert, CVT & a lot of other modern features from Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson, FL. I have purchased over 15 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 60 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I began my search by looking for the model I wanted locally online and comparing pricing. After I visited a couple of dealerships I found two Equinoxes that I liked and I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from several of these dealers. I settled on Castriota Chevrolet based on their selection and pricing. They are a large volume family-owned dealership so they offer better pricing than their corporate competitors. From this and past experiences I find it’s better to shop at a family-owned dealership vs. the corporate ones that refuse to negotiate. My first interaction was with Kenny Enox, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Terry Bedard provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Terry. No tricks. Also, they gave me the best price for my trade in. Kenny provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Equinox with a lot of modern features. Kenny took about a two hours to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Kenny walking us thru all the electronics. Joe from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork and discussed the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Castriota Chevrolet of Hudson has been selling Chevrolets since 1979 and based on my current and past experiences with them I can see why they have an outstanding reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No old school tricks. No gimmicks. No foolish “market” adjustments. This is probably the last vehicle that I will buy since I’m 87, but I will buy another vehicle from them again if I need to. Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10!

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the atmosphere was refreshingly different from other dealerships I've visited. My sales consultant, Gio Salazar, was an absolute professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Volvo lineup, but more importantly, she genuinely listened to my needs and preferences. I came in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted (the XC60 Recharge with the Bowers & Wilkins sound system was a non-negotiable for me), and Gio didn't try to push me towards something else. Instead, she focused on finding the exact configuration I was looking for, even going so far as to check inventory at sister dealerships when the specific color I wanted wasn't immediately available. The test drive was thorough and informative. Gio pointed out key features I might have missed on my own and encouraged me to truly experience the car's handling and technology on both surface streets and the I-95 stretch nearby. It wasn't just a quick loop around the block; it felt like a genuine opportunity to get acquainted with the vehicle. The only minor point I'd mention, and it's truly minor, is that parking on a busy Saturday afternoon can be a little tight, but the staff was quick to direct me to an available spot. Overall, I highly recommend Volvo Cars North Miami. Their commitment to customer service, knowledgeable staff, and transparent process made buying my new car a genuinely pleasant experience.
