I had a very bad abs traumatic experience with my old car (which was only a 1 year old jeep) and for the second time I broke down on a main road and could have been injured. Mike came out to the scene himself and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He truly cared about getting me what I deserved and worked with me personally.
