My daughter recently bought a Jeep from Whitten Brothers of Richmond, and our experience was exceptional. From the start, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel valued. Unlike other dealerships, Whitten Brothers was transparent with their pricing from step one—no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, except we found out towards the end that we got $1000 off because I’m a fire fighter, apparently some dealerships won’t give you any off or just $500 from Jeep. The sales team was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring we found the perfect Jeep. Their service was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Richmond for their honesty and outstanding customer service.

Jordan Molon, Service Advisor was in charge of my vehicle and she was wonderful to work with! Jordan was very knowledgeable about the car, the needed repairs and kept me updated not only on the costs but also when it would be completed.
