I’m happy with my purchase and over all experience with buying through Russ Darrow for the third time consecutively. There were a couple things that did bother me. A courtesy message to let me know finance was running an hour behind would of been great, and about 5 times I had asked if the other dealer could be contacted to see if there was a second key to the car I purchased. I still have not received any info on that and I’m just giving up on it. Overall I’m happy with Austin and he is a great salesman. Dalton did a great job in finance.

I have used their service department, which in itself is five star; but haven’t bought a vehicle till now. Today I bought a nine year-old Jeep grand Cherokee. The vehicle was prepped and clean as if it was brand new. The vehicle was presented to me in an indoor environment so I could examine it as I felt I needed to. The vehicle was serviced as one would want it to be before being put on the lot. I was given a warranty for 4 month 4000 miles for free on top of a great price. Marquis, my sales rep was a young, courteous, professional young man. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car, and I would recommend this dealer as well.

It was actually pretty good. No pressure to buy, good service. I guess just a few little things fyi. The detailers didn't take the little orange stickers/spots off the rims or any of the plastic off the seat belts. Just a pain getting all the stuff off. Other than that everything was good
