My 22 Chevy 1500 5. - Pro101fire

My 22 Chevy 1500 5.3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, all covered under factory warranty. Took about a month to get the truck back. GM's transmissions are on back order but the dealer already had one coming in. Once it was in, they had the transmission replaced in 2 day. The work they did was great. The problem I have was no loaner autos available. This might be more a GM issuse then dealer. I could of got rental and get reimbursed later which I didn't like that opinion. Luckily I was able to borrow a suv from my parents for the time.

He is able to make the entire sales and acquisition process very easy and I feel I have received a fair deal on each occasion. I have found Tasca Ford's sales and maintenance department personnel that I have dealt with to be very knowledgeable, dependable and helpful and I plan to continue using them for my automotive needs.

The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every negative stereotype I had about used car dealers. Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly. Dealers often advertise about wanting to earn customers' business--Rolando actually followed through with responsiveness, integrity and respectfulness that motivated me to make the trek.

Even before purchasing a car here, I wanted to post a review based on the pre-sales experience I've had with this dealership, particularly Karen B., their BDC Sales consultant and my first point of contact. Karen was transparent, affable and thoughtful. After dealing with bots, both AI generated and apparently human approximations who were mechanical in their responses, she was refreshingly human and genuinely helpful. I am not yet certain where I will buy a car so I can't speak to the post-sales experience (the only reason I omitted one star). But first impressions matter and this one was so positive, I felt compelled to share it.

I hit a huge pothole and had both left side tires completely destroyed and Johnny got things fixed perfectly and very timkely.

I had a great experience at Blasius Mitsubishi in Brookfield. The truck was fairly priced, I received a reasonable value for my trade, and the entire process – from arrival to driving off – took about three hours. Joe was responsive and helpful from the start, quickly sending a walkaround video, vehicle history, and financing link so I could come in prepared. As long as I liked the truck, I knew I was buying it – and I did. My only constructive criticism is that the vehicle came with just one key. Given how common this is, it would’ve been helpful if the dealership handled programming a second key rather than leaving that to a buyer. Overall, Joe was personable, patient, and easy to work with, which made the experience much more comfortable. A few weeks later, I still love the truck and feel great about the purchase.

Everyone at the dealership has been great! I’m just not please with the car. Apparently it’s burning oil. The car is a 2025. Three times it’s been down 2 quarts of oil in between oil changes. It has been I. To check for leaks. After the most recent oil change I was told to bring it in after I drove 1000 miles to be checked and to top off the oil. I find it upsetting driving a new car that I need to keep track of oil levels and carry extra oil with me when traveling. I leased a new vehicle so I wouldn’t need to be concerned about any issues. Not only is it inconvenient but it’s upsetting not to mention I pay a lot of money to lease the car which should be free of any issues

Went to Stephen Automall in Bristol, Ct and received a professional buying experience meeting with Mike Collins the sales professional. He really knew his stuff. Thank goodness it was a great experience at Stephen Cadillac because the previous dealership I visited wasted 2 ½ hours of my time and never to date bothered to follow up by phone or text about the Cadillac XT5 I was interested in. Mike at Stephen Cadillac was the opposite and followed up by text and phone quickly at least 6 times answering all my questions. The delivery process went smoothly and on time. The car was in the showroom when I arrived and created a caring atmosphere for delivery as well as a delivery coordinator to go over all the functions on the Cadillac. If you are looking for a car or truck I highly recommend you call and set up an appointment with Mike.
