I can quickly say that our buying experience at Delray - jim g

I can quickly say that our buying experience at Delray Honda was excellent in every respect. To begin, Shane Sybil quoted an out-the-door price over the phone on a 2027 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. Shane found a CR-V with specifications that exactly matched my wish list! Throughout this initial contact with Shane, I immediately sensed that ours would be an entirely different buying experience than we would ever have received at other Honda dealerships in the area. The exact price quoted by Shane was honored once we sat down with De-Jon at the dealership. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate and value the no-nonsense, haggle free experience we received. De-Jon Ellis, our sales person at the dealership was knowledgeable, friendly, and deftly navigated our purchase. Jason also was very helpful in overseeing the insurance check and alerted us to a better rate for our cars. Finally, I want to mention that I could easily sense a positive vibe among the sales staff and managers and expect the supportive relationship among the Delray Honda team can only translate to an excellent experience for its customers. Thank you, Delray Honda!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Mike Castro! - karahb13

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Mike Castro! I would like to personally recognize Mike Castro for the truly exceptional service he provided to our family. From the moment we began working with him, Mike demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine dedication. What made our experience especially remarkable was that Mike successfully guided us through two major transactions in one day — helping me transition from my existing lease into a new vehicle while also assisting my husband with the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Throughout an extremely busy day, Mike remained attentive, reassuring, organized, and completely focused on making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He answered our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His ability to manage both transactions while still giving us such personalized attention was truly impressive. Mike went above and beyond simply selling us vehicles. He made us feel that he genuinely cared about finding the right solutions for our family and making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. Mike Castro is an extraordinary representative of what excellent customer service should look like. His professionalism, integrity, patience, and commitment to his customers deserve recognition. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Mike, for making an incredibly busy day such a positive and memorable experience!

From the beginning, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. We hit it off right away, which made the experience feel comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. Rony took the time to answer my questions, explain the different features and make sure I felt confident in my decision. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive, but what really stood out was how personable and easy he was to work with. The entire experience with the dealership was excellent from start to finish. Buying a new car should feel exciting, and Rony made sure it did! I absolutely love my new Porsche and would highly recommend both Rony and the dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
