I had a great experience purchasing my car! Travell G. was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and I appreciate how he created a video showing me exactly what I was looking for. His positive attitude and genuine care made buying a car an enjoyable experience. And even though I traveled from the city (Chicago) to Schamburg to make this purchase I'd do it again and recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to do so too. I also worked with Mario in finance. I appreciate his professionalism, patience and input in helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my financing options. Wish they had more cars on the lot because getting a model in a different color was a bigger problem than it should have been. Took over two weeks and they didn't exactly match the offer made on the initial day (for a car they were told I wasn't interested in because it was the wrong color). To their credit, they kept me in the loop and Wally, our salesman, was very good. Ultimately, Wally went the distance and made the trip himself to get the Sorento in the color my wife wanted. The ensuing negotiation (with the sales manager) was frustrating (for the above reason) but we still secured a good price. Definitely one I will sleep comfortably with!

I like going to Golf Mill much better than Jennings. I was a regular customer at Jennings for years however they screwed me on an oil change so I moved to Golf Mill. I called ahead for an appointment for oil change, TPS sensors & a leaking left rear axel seal. That was a Tuesday. Having to wait until Friday to get my truck back is silly to me. I was an autotech for 25 years ( I can verify) All of my experience is on euro cars but I am pretty certain it does not take 4 days to complete these. The axel seal is 4 hours max - with break shoes. I know the game but I am paying for a rental. It does'nt seem right to me. Sadly, I may have to start looking for another dealer

Never once did he try to pressure me or steer me in a direction that I felt was inappropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with him on getting the vehicle that I had researched. Marvin also was very receptive to when I pointed out some minor scuffs on the front bumper and then found a significant scratch on the hood. He pointed me in the direction to get the body work resolved.

I told them they wouldnt find better service and to only use Leo at Acura Morton Grove for any service, even an oil change.
