Pretty solid experience, but this visit was a bit disturbing... about 6 weeks prior we brought the Murano into be looked at prior to a drive to/ from Las Vegas. We spent nearly $4,000 on service. That trip was ok, but this visit was due to a mechanic's error in that service visit. The car started pulling hard to the right, not handling well, set off multiple alarms... to the point where we felt it was unsafe to drive, so we had the car towed in. It was fixed at no charge at Pinnacle, but that was because it was the dealers mistake. We still had to pay the tow
