Use the service department always. Wouldn't go elsewhere."

"Salesman was great in explaining the new features of the vehicle. The financial person was great too to handling the paperwork. However, customers should not be delayed 9 months in receiving a vehicle. It appears to me Ford Motor Co. is dysfunctional and needs to improve its customer satisfaction."
