He’s a very well spoken patient young man who’s exceptionally knowledgeable in the field, extremely respectful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Each time taking his time to listen, let questions be asked, and was beyond helpful. Wasn’t pushy in any way. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism and commitment to communicating everything was outstanding. Plus working around my schedule was jaw dropping. With my work schedule being so crazy he worked around me and what I needed. Only having to spend minimal time at the dealership. Would only go back to him and Ben the Sales manager who was able to blow my mind with the rate he got me. I did most of the process remotely, and she was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the XC40 I was interested in, and just made everything straightforward.
