I also wanted to point out how nice, caring, and understanding Iva was through the financing process. She really helped explain everything thoroughly as I am a first time car buyer. Even when she was very busy, she still made sure I felt prioritized and answered questions while she was doing stuff. Both Fred and Iva checked in on me countless times through out the day when I ran into issues on my end and honestly, if it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t have bought a car. I shopped at a dozen dealers in the last week and Headquarters had the best inventory. Most had 1 or 2 cars I was looking for Headquarters had 8 or more. Also many dealers if your weren't buying a $90,000 truck they didn't want to talk to you, Customer Manager Ron and Alejandro helped me out and even got me a low rate at a Credit Union to buy my 2024 Mazda CX-30 Turbo Carbon Edition.

I recently purchased a 2025 2 door Mini Cooper Oxford Edition from Mini of Fort Myers. The experience from negotiations to the financing portion was seamless and pleasant. Yes pleasant. My negotiations occurred via text with the salesperson and involved my trade and financing information. I only spoke briefly via phone to the sales manager to finalize the deal. Everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership and the process was smooth and friendly. Just to mention they are on the west coast of Florida and I live on the east coast. I would highly recommend this dealership and after buying many cars in my lifetime I can definitely relate a great experience with let’s say a horrible one. I would like to mention Beth, my salesperson, professional, friendly, and honest, Bob the sales manager, no nonsense, up front, and a deal maker, and Betzi the business manager super friendly, had all the paperwork ready for me to expedite the process, and explained all the documents I was signing. I am happy with my new car (this is my 4th mini) but even more pleased with the buying experience. I would definitely drive 5 hours round trip to purchase another car from them.
