Service appointment from xxxx. Everything went wrong. Wife brought the car in for an appointment made online. Auto-appointment omitted the service we asked for. Website had a different cost than shop's sheet at time of billing. 'New employee' overfilled the oil, and when she drove away, the car looked like a forest fire 50 yards after exiting. Gotta say, can't think of anything else that could have possibly gone wrong. But through all of that, the folks working there were kind, professional, and helpful. Miguel Rivera stood out like the calm in the storm. Everything 'wrong' that happened was taken care of immediately, professionally, and kindly. We would definitely bring the car back, recommend the place to others, and when it comes time, shop at Lou Sobh for a new one. If a sequence of events THAT BAD can be made as GOOD as it was, I look forward to being there when the bugs get worked out, and things go RIGHT.
