I do not write reviews often, but this one is well earned. Working with Anthony Capezio was easily the best car buying experience I have had. From the first conversation to delivery, everything felt straightforward and professional. There was no pressure and no unnecessary back and forth. Just clear communication and a genuine effort to make sure I was comfortable with every step. What impressed me most was the consistency. Calls were returned promptly, details were handled without reminders, and everything happened exactly as it was explained. Pricing and financing were transparent and easy to understand, which made the entire process feel smooth instead of stressful. Buying a car can feel transactional. This did not. It felt like working with someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. If you want a seamless experience with someone who values professionalism and follow through, I highly recommend working with Anthony Capezio. I went in to look at a 2016 Jetta after only giving them only about 10 minutes of warning. Unfortunately, that car had already sold, but Ray offered to show me a 2020 Passat instead. The car was in beautiful condition, and I wound up leaving with it. I absolutely expected to be stressed looking for/buying a car, but Ray was very kind and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and I am so relieved I was able to find such a great option here.

This was a very pleasant car-buying experience. When I walked into the dealership, Josiah Zwirn greeted me right away and also accompanied me on the test drive. Although he is relatively new to the role, Josiah is the most sincere and friendly salesperson I’ve met so far. He did his best to answer all of my questions, looked into additional details when needed, and communicated with his manager to make sure I received accurate information. The main salesperson handling my purchase that day was Gilbert Ansah. Although Gilbert was a bit busy that day (and had Josiah assist me), I never felt neglected. He handled everything very efficiently, answered questions clearly and directly, and acted professionally throughout the entire process. When I brought up certain conditions and requests regarding the purchase, Gilbert responded honestly and straightforwardly, which made the negotiation stress-free. One small example: before the test drive—even before we started discussing pricing—Gilbert proactively explained which parts and features were not included with the vehicle at that price, and he immediately brought out other cars to compare and clarify. The entire process was transparent and enjoyable. It was truly a great transaction experience with Gilbert.

As the only dealership I've ever done business with, I can't say whether this one is better or worse than others, but I had a generally good experience. They were friendly and not pushy, and offer prices similar to other area Toyota dealers. They did try to sell me unnecessary exterior and interior treatments, but didn't push any quick decisions and took no for an answer. I would talk to this dealer again next time I'm in the market.
